Full Description
The College Event Management System is a comprehensive web application designed to automate the management of college events. The system eliminates manual processes by providing an online platform for event creation, participant registration, attendance management, and event analysis.
The system consists of four user modules: Administrator, Event Manager, Student, and Checker. The Administrator manages event categories, approves event managers and events, publishes notices, and monitors overall system activities. Event Managers can create and manage events, monitor registrations, analyze event performance, and review participant feedback. Students can browse available events, register through a dummy payment gateway, generate QR code-based event passes and visitor passes, and submit feedback after attending events. Checkers verify student participation by scanning QR codes or marking attendance manually.
The application provides secure authentication, responsive user interfaces, QR code integration, reporting dashboards, and analytics, making event management efficient, organized, and paperless.
