Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

College Project Expert provides digital educational services including final year projects, source code, documentation, project guidance, implementation support, research papers, PPTs, and technical assistance. Since these are digital products and customized services, they are delivered electronically.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before project development or delivery has started. Once work has begun or digital files have been delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are considered only in genuine cases.
• If we are unable to provide the requested service, a full refund may be issued.
• No refund will be provided after successful delivery of digital files.
• Customized or specially developed projects are non-refundable once development has started.

4. Duplicate Payments

If multiple payments are made accidentally for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The credited amount may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Digital Delivery

All projects, reports, source code, and related documents are delivered digitally through email, secure download links, or other electronic communication methods. No physical products are shipped.
